Concurrency: transcribes segments concurrently with Promise.all. Each
segment's STT call is independent. Empty-data segments are skipped.
Errors are caught per-segment and logged as warnings; never raised. The
transcript stays undefined on failed segments and the caller sees partial
coverage.
